Supervision & Responsibility
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) who must remain within the building at all times.
- Wowland UK does not accept responsibility for child supervision, except during designated holiday camps.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children and ensuring they follow the play centre rules.
Play Area Restrictions
- Only children under 148 cm (4'10'') may play.
- Taller children may play at the discretion of Wowland UK staff.
- Play is restricted to 60 minutes per session. Overstay charges apply if the time limit is exceeded.
Hygiene & Safety Guidelines
- Children must use the toilet and wash their hands (or use hand sanitiser) before entering the play area.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
- Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults.
- Jewellery, badges, and sharp objects are not allowed in the play area.
- Spectacles must have shatter-proof lenses and a retainer strap if worn inside the play zone.
- Long trousers and long-sleeved shirts are recommended to minimise injury risks.
- Clothing with ropes or cords is prohibited for safety reasons.
Play Equipment Rules
- One child at a time on slides or trampolines - no climbing up the slides.
- No playing at the bottom of slides - children should exit immediately after sliding.
- No sharp objects or choking hazards (e.g., batteries, coins) allowed in the play area.
- Climbing on netted walls or restricted areas is strictly forbidden.
- No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed on any play equipment.
Health & Behaviour Policies
- Children who are unwell must not visit for at least 48 hours after symptoms subside.
- Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or abusive language towards staff or guests will not be tolerated.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ban individuals who do not follow the rules.
- No smoking, alcohol, or fire-related activities are allowed in the play centre.
Accidents & Reporting
- Parents must report all accidents to staff immediately.
- Any damaged equipment should be reported to staff.
- Spillages must be cleaned up or reported for safety reasons.
Food & Drinks Policy
- Outside food & drinks are not allowed, except for baby food for children under 1 year.
- Abuse of this rule may result in membership cancellation.
- Nappy changing must be done in designated areas.
Waiver & Liability Agreement
By proceeding with a booking at Wowland UK, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I am a competent adult (18+ years old) and am responsible for the child(ren) in my care.
- I confirm that the child(ren)'s name(s) and age(s) are correct on the booking form.
- I acknowledge that Wowland UK is not responsible for supervising my child(ren).
- I understand that participation in play activities carries inherent risks, including physical injury.
- I agree that I (and the child) will follow all play centre rules for safety.
- I confirm that the child has no medical conditions that make play unsafe.
- Wowland UK is not liable for personal belongings, including lost or stolen items.
- Wowland UK is not responsible for injuries unless caused by negligence.
- I give consent for Wowland UK to take photos/videos for promotional purposes, unless I opt out.
By booking a ticket, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms & conditions.
