Wowland Softplay and Cafe – Party Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to cancel your party, Wowland Softplay and Cafe reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £20.
  • Cancelling your party less than 30 days before your party date (and not rescheduling) will result in 50% of your party cost being non-refundable.
  • Cancelling your party less than 7 days before your party date (and not rescheduling) will result in 100% of your party cost being non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your party with less than 24 hours’ notice, the matter will be referred to the General Manager, who will determine if an alternative party date can be offered.
  • If you wish to reschedule your party, we require at least 14 days’ notice to avoid an administration charge. If this notice is not provided, Wowland Softplay and Cafe reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £30 for re-scheduling.
  • If your party is postponed due to sickness, it can be rescheduled without an administration fee, provided that you give 48 hours' notice before the party date and provide a doctor’s note.
  • Rescheduled parties must take place within 6 weeks from the cancellation date.
  • A party already booked cannot be moved to a future date to fall within our 30-day refund criteria.
