✔ Start Party Booking Please carefully read the following rules before starting to design your party and event booking.

Important Information Before Your Party

All visitors are required to comply with Wowland’s Rules of Play and current hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Visitors showing signs of illness are kindly requested not to enter the venue.

Entry may be refused to visitors displaying obvious signs of illness.

Visitors behaving inappropriately, rudely, or aggressively may be removed from the premises without any refund.

All bookings must be made exclusively via the official website: www.wowland.co.uk.

For online bookings, payment must be completed at the time of booking.

Payments are accepted by credit or debit card only. Cash payments are not accepted online.

In exceptional cases (such as cash payment or cash + card combined payments):

  • The payment must be arranged in advance through a signed agreement with Wowland management and approved by the General Manager.
  • The reservation will only be confirmed once the signed agreement is completed.

Cash payments without prior written approval will not be accepted.

All purchased bookings and extra products are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation:

  • If cancelled more than 30 days before the event, 80% of the total amount will be refunded (20% deduction applies).
  • If cancelled between 30 and 7 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be given.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

If Wowland cancels the event, an alternative date will be offered. If no agreement can be reached, a refund will be made minus a £15 administration fee.

Changes to the booking date are free of charge if requested within 7 days of the original booking date.

After 7 days, a £15 administration fee will apply for date changes.

Changes requested less than 48 hours before the party will incur a £30 administration fee.

All date changes are subject to availability.

No later than 7 days before the party, the following must be provided:

  • Names and ages of all participating children,
  • Information about any allergies, special dietary requirements, or medical conditions.

Failure to disclose relevant health information will make the parent or guardian fully responsible for any consequences.

Each birthday child is entitled to 6 free accompanying adults.

Additional adults must pay an entrance fee and be registered in advance.

On the day of the party, all children and their numbers will be checked individually against the attendance list before entering the soft play area.

For parties with more than 20 children, and depending on availability, the downstairs area may be used.

Use of the downstairs area will be managed under the supervision and direction of Wowland staff.

If strollers, carrycots, or other large items are to be brought to the party, prior notice must be given to Wowland.

Acceptance of large items is subject to capacity and cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.

Each Wowland party booking is structured as:

  • 1 hour of soft play free play time,
  • 1 hour use of the party area (tables, cake cutting, refreshments).

Should the party exceed the allocated 2-hour duration, additional charges will apply based on Wowland’s hourly rates and availability.

Only food and drinks provided by Wowland may be consumed on the premises.

Outside food or drink is not permitted, with the exception of birthday cakes.

If a birthday cake is brought in, a full list of ingredients and allergen information must be provided in writing beforehand.

Products containing nuts or nut derivatives are strictly prohibited.

Birthday cakes may be cut and served for consumption on-site with prior knowledge and supervision of Wowland staff.

All hygiene rules must be strictly followed during cake service.

CCTV systems operate throughout Wowland premises for security purposes.

All recordings are used solely for security, incident review, and legal compliance, and are kept confidential in accordance with privacy policies.

There must be at least one adult supervisor per 5 children attending the party.

Children must be escorted directly to the reception at the end of the party and are not permitted to return to the play area.

Table reservations are made, but specific table locations cannot be guaranteed.

No decorations, posters, or banners may be attached to the walls or ceilings of the party rooms or public areas.
