Supervision & Responsibility
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+).
- Wowland UK does not assume responsibility for child supervision, except during designated holiday camps.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times.

Hygiene & Safety Guidelines
- Children must wash their hands before entering the play area.
- Shoes must be removed, and socks worn at all times.
- Sharp objects, jewellery, and ropes are not permitted in the play area.
Play Equipment Rules
- Only one child at a time is allowed on slides and trampolines.
- Children must exit slides immediately after use.
Health & Behaviour Policies
- Children who are unwell must not attend for at least 48 hours.
- Aggressive behaviour or bullying is strictly prohibited.
Food & Drinks Policy
- Only baby food is permitted. No outside food or drinks allowed.
- Nappy changing must be conducted in designated areas.
